A traditional Louisiana style hot sauce with a Gosford twist. This hot sauce is classically familiar yet deliciously different. Like the town of Gosford it's friendly, familiar, a little smokey and as many Gosfordites will attest, a little smoke keeps the mundane at bay.

Ingredients: Cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, salt, white vinegar and smoked paprika.
